The hotel was a fantastic base for our

exploration of Tokyo. The room was surprisingly spacious for a family of four, and the daily resupply of bottled water was a lovely touch. However, the 10-minute walk to the subway could be tiring with heavy luggage.

The buffet breakfast was excellent! Room was bigger than most in Japan. But, the ice machine was on level 3 and the microwave on level 7—pretty inconvenient. 😕

Staff was courteous and professional throughout our stay.

The location makes it super easy to get around. The complimentary smartphone came in handy for navigation. I loved the spacious Comfort King room—great for relaxing after exploring! The daily cleaning kept things fresh and tidy.

Room size typical for Japanese hotels, a bit cramped. Bathroom not smelling great consistently, might indicate plumbing issues. Light switches awkwardly placed far from the door. decor showing signs of wear and needs an update.

Just a reliable pick for a stopover in Tokyo with very good value for money. The bathroom worked really well, which was a nice surprise. If flying into Haneda, it's super convenient to access from the airport.

i had a great stay at mystays. the room was spacious, perfect for hanging outfits and had a nice table for my computer. it was a short walk to hamamatsu-cho station, which was super convenient. also, they offer in-room massages, which was a lovely way to unwind after a day out.

The Comfort King Room with Sofa Bed was surprisingly spacious for a business hotel. The bathroom was larger than usual for Japanese standards, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, they offered daily cleaning and good supplies. However, luggage space was limited—sharing with a family of four meant some bags were on the floor. The room lighting situation was a bit quirky, needing the room key to turn them on.

the hotel's location is amazing, just a short walk to convenience stores and major train stations making it easy to get around. rooms are clean and well-kept, and the housekeeping staff was super attentive.

the lobby area can get crowded sometimes.
